By using UtilixWeb ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

UtilixWeb provides free online tools for text processing, code utilities, image manipulation, file conversion, and other utilities. Most tools run entirely in your browser. Some file conversion tools (Word to PDF, etc.) process files on our server.

Free Use

All tools are provided free of charge. No signup is required for basic use. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future with optional paid accounts.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process files or content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service in a way that damages its performance
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Results from tools should be verified before use in production or critical applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UtilixWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual Property

The UtilixWeb website, design, and code are our intellectual property. Tools that use open-source libraries are governed by their respective licenses. Content you process through the tools remains your property.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where UtilixWeb operates.
