Your PDF is sent to our server and converted to Excel using LibreOffice. The converter analyzes the PDF's tabular data and text layout, recreating it as a spreadsheet. The file is deleted from our server immediately after conversion.

Known limitations
- Scanned PDFs (image-only) cannot extract editable text
- Complex table merges may not be fully preserved
- Password-protected PDFs cannot be converted
- Charts and images in PDF are not included
